Mr. Rawlins has served as a AAA Arbitrator since 2017, primary in commercial disputes. Mr. Rawlins represents clients in real estate litigation and transactions. He has represented many of the largest shopping center developers and commercial landlords in Las Vegas in landlord tenant matters and has taught seminars for the State Bar of Nevada on commercial evictions, landlord tenant issues in Bankrutpcy, and foreclosure litigation. For over 28 years, he has represented contractors and owners in construction disputes, including enforcement of mechanic's liens.
